By registering for Autumn Beat, you acknowledge that dancing is a physical activity with inherent risks. Participants agree to release Autumn Beat and the venue from any liability for personal injury, illness (including communicable diseases), or loss/damage to personal property.
Refund Policy
You can cancel your registration for any reason and will be refunded depending on the time you ask for cancellation:
Before 01.08.2026:
75% refund of Event Pass money or transfer to the next event.
01.08.2026 and before 01.09.2026:
50% refund of Event Pass money or transfer to the next event.
01.09.2026 and after:
0% refund of Event Pass money or transfer to the next event.

Transfer Policy
● You can transfer the pass to a fellow dancer of the same role (leader/follower) free of charge.
● Passes with discounts cannot be transferred to others to whom the discount doesn’t apply (e.g. you cannot diretly transfer “Advance leader” pass to a regular pass, they must pay the difference).
● Tickets are transferable to another person until 1 week before the event: 25.09.2026.
WSDC Trial Competition Rules
Competitions will follow the WSDC Points Registry rules and guidelines:

● Competitors are responsible for registering in the correct division based on their current WSDC points.
● The Chief Judge’s decision is final.
Admission
The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates the Code of Conduct or disrupts the safety and enjoyment of other attendees.
